Six Week Introductory Training in Mindfulness(S.I.T)
- The SIT course is designed for beginners to mindfulness or those who would like a refresher in its basic principles and techniques. Facilitators trained by the Mindfulness Training Institute offer six-week introductory mindfulness training around the world, teaching you to develop a focused and embodied attention, self awareness, emotional intelligence, and greater sense of ease and wellbeing. You will learn a variety of mindfulness meditations and practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily activities at work, home and relationships.
“Sangha” Meditation Practice
- Open/drop-in group sessions to help in accountability and continue to cultivate your practice.
Mindfulness Coaching
- Individual sessions centered around guidance of practice and processing what can arise from practices.
